two newest members of the firm, Bryan T. Pope and Paul Tipton.
Bryan Pope brings his 28 years of trial experience to Vincent Lopez where he will continue his personal injury and business litigation practice. Mr. Pope is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been honored to be named as a Texas Super Lawyer in each of the last five years. His service to the amusement, leisure and hospitality industry led to his recent election as President of the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Pope also has an active mediation practice.
Paul Tipton brings to the Firm over 30 years of litigation experience practicing in the areas of corporate, business and fiduciary duty litigation, having represented hundreds of publicly held companies, small businesses and individuals. He also brings expertise in complex litigation matters involving technical and scientific issues, as well as probate and probate litigation. Formerly President of the North Dallas Bar Association, Mr. Tipton is a Martindale Hubbell AV-rated lawyer and comes to Vincent Lopez from Tipton Jones where he served as its managing partner.
