Texas fans of singer Rita Ora may have followed her contract disputes with Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation. Ora signed with the label in 2008 and, according to Roc Nation's lawyers, she was supposed to make five albums with them. Her sole release came in 2012. In 2015, executives at Roc Nation filed a lawsuit against her. Ora said that the contract, which she signed when she was 18, was not enforceable under California law.
