Mr. Fisher is a shareholder of Vincent Lopez Serafino Jenevein, P.C. He is primarily engaged in a commercial transaction practice with an emphasis in real estate and lending transactions. Kelly has represented clients throughout the United States. He has experience in all facets of real estate and lending transactions, including:
- Acquisition and/or disposition of automobile dealerships, day cares, raw land, shopping centers, a 300-tenant mall, restaurants and a marina
- Numerous national, regional and local retail tenants, including all forms of leasing and acquisition/disposition of competitor businesses

- National, regional and local lenders in real estate secured and non-real estate secured lines of credit, construction loans, and term loans
